Quality control and quality assurance are the top priority at workstations, which are of course equipped in accordance with the EGB regulations DIN EN 61340-5-1/2. Specially designed and developed devices are used for inspection and testing. Sophisticated vision systems are used on the manual and automatic taping lines as well as in the final inspection.

Taping takes place in the clean room. SMD taping can also be carried out under clean room conditions on request. In addition, the production rooms are equipped with air conditioning units to protect the sensitive components from heat and humidity.

Every order undergoes a 100% inspection. Continuous quality assurance can of course only be maintained with qualified employees, whose training and further education we attach great importance to.
